Information you share

The project inquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, market, product or support need, project location and brief. A target date is optional. Please do not include passwords, payment details, personal identification documents or confidential project files. You can also contact us directly at info@keltech-global.com.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to understand your project, respond to you and keep related business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list. This website has no advertising pixels or analytics scripts.

Service providers and security

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Its Turnstile service checks browser and connection information, including IP addresses, to help prevent spam. The form service uses a hashed IP address for short-term request limits. Security services may process technical information and use essential security storage.

Resend handles delivery of form inquiries to our team inbox at info@keltech-global.com. Microsoft 365 handles that inbox. These providers process information needed to deliver and protect their services. Data may be processed outside your country. The form application does not create a separate inquiry database.

We use encrypted web connections and limit access to service credentials. No website or email system can guarantee complete security.

How information is kept

Inquiries sent to our team become business correspondence. Copies may remain in email systems and backups, and service providers may keep delivery or security records. Retention depends on the inquiry, an ongoing project, and business or legal record needs. This website does not promise an automatic deletion date.

Questions and requests

Email info@keltech-global.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to confirm your identity. We will review requests under applicable law; some records may need to be kept for an active project or legal duty.
